Parker Hayden

Parker is Managing Partner of Collab Holdings, Collaborative Fund’s private equity strategy focused on enduring, founder-led consumer brands. Parker has been investing for over two decades, deploying more than $3 billion in equity across dozens of transactions. His track record includes investments in leading consumer brands such as Supreme, Beats by Dre, Beautycounter, OGX, CAVA, and 66° North, and he has served on more than 15 boards as a director or observer. Before joining Collaborative Fund, Parker was at Redesign Health, where he oversaw the portfolio. Prior to that, he led direct investing at Mousse Partners, a single family office. Parker spent over a decade at The Carlyle Group on the Consumer and Retail US Buyout team. He began his career in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Parker graduated from Berkeley and received an MBA from Wharton, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
